What we keep
- Your account: your name, and the email address or phone number you give us.
- Your TVs: the TV model, a short 4-character TV ID, the app version, when the TV first connected to a provider and when it last checked in, a security key created on the TV, and a one-way fingerprint of the TV's Android ID used only to spot duplicate registrations.
- Payments: what you paid, when, how (card, cash, Zelle, Cash App or other), how many months, and the matching Stripe record numbers.
- Notes we add when we help you (for example "paid in person").
What we never receive
Your IPTV provider's server addresses, usernames, passwords, playlists and channel lists stay on your TV. They are never sent to us or stored by us. We also don't track what you watch.
Card payments
Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the information you give Stripe.
Why we use it
To know which TVs belong to your account, how much time you have, to process renewals and refunds, to remind you before your time ends, and to help you when you contact us.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Account data is stored with our service providers ([Supabase] for the database, [Cloudflare] for this website, Stripe for payments). We don't sell your data. We share it only with those providers, or when the law requires.
How long we keep it
[While you have an account and for [N] years after, for accounting.] You can ask us to delete your account data; we may keep payment records the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at [support contact]. [Add state-specific rights as needed.]
